The small port of Giardini Naxos is great for its position.
Situated inside the Bay of Naxos, it is also the Port of Taormina, the Sicilian Tourist destination most well-known in the International Tourist sector. It is reached in a few minutes from the A18 Catania – Messina motorway exit, being only 2kms distance.
At the same time, next to the port is the famous beach of Naxos which, with its fine white sand, makes the seaside holiday even more pleasant, above all for foreign tourists. It is also just one nautical mile from the rocky Cape Taormina, Isola Bella, Mazzarò Bay and Spisone Bay.
The port has over 140 boat moorings and offers all nautical services such as light, water, mooring assistance, assistance at sea, boat hauling-out and launching, transport, winter storage. A few metres outside the Port along the seafront there are all services available for pleasure craft owners: café, snack-bar, restaurants, night clubs, food shops, banks, taxis.
